LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure to check the box with ROUTE to insure your package and download the app. If your package does not arrive on time you will need to contact them right away to get reimbursed. Once your package leaves our shipping center we are not responsible. If your package is lost you will have 5 days to file a claim with ROUTE. Please track your package to ensure the protection.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and small stock availability, we do not accept returns. (We have samples in most items to try first.) If your item is damaged or missing anything just message us and we will resolve it right away.
Shipping Speed
Due to the volume of orders please allow up to 3 business days to carefully prepare and process your package. We ship Monday-Friday. You will receive tracking in your email. If you can’t find it check your spam. The following options are postal speed, not our processing speed.
