Best if taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Lasts 4-6 hours.
All the mushrooms used are home grown by our in house mycologist. We are not buying from suppliers.
Everything is fresh. These capsules will expire within 1 year. Store in a cool dark place. They will lose potency over time. Light, oxygen and heat will degrade the mushrooms.
You can mix these capsules with any of the other micro-doses there are no counteractions. Do not mix with SSRI’s. Consult your doctor if you are on medication.
