Mulungu bark brings the heavy body relaxation. It’s traditionally used for anxiety, restlessness, and insomnia — working deeply on the nervous system to soften tension and quiet stress held in the body.

Passionflower brings emotional calm. It’s especially good for anxiety that lives in the chest — the tightness, the pressure, the looping thoughts.

Hops grounds the body. It’s sedative, deeply relaxing, and helps the nervous system drop into rest — especially helpful for sleep and evening wind-down.

And Syrian Rue is the activator. It enhances and amplifies the entire formula, making everything more bioavailable and more noticeable — this is what gives Planty Xany its potency.

Nighttime Use:
Take 1–2 capsules in the evening to help unwind, relax the nervous system, and support restful sleep.

Daytime Use for Anxiety:
Take 1 capsule as needed for anxiety, tension, or panic during the day. Best taken when you can rest if needed, as the formula may cause mild drowsiness in some individuals.
